Malia Jimerson
2nd Grade

Ms. Jimerson is excited to continue with her second year teaching at Tollgate. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in May of 2024. She has lived in Aurora her whole life and went to school in the district, so she's looking forward to making an impact on the community. Some of her hobbies include baking, crochet, and building miniatures. She is excited to get to learn and grow with the students throughout the year.

Jesyca Lopez
2nd Grade

Ms. Lopez is beginning her third year in teaching, having taught first grade and fourth grade. She is very excited to be back with the littles as she begins her new journey in Aurora. Ms. Lopez loves to take her dogs on walks, find great new food spots, and do anything that involves being outside. She can't wait to be a part of the Tollgate team this year!

Nancy Babbitt
3rd Grade

Nancy has many years of teaching experience from Pre-k-4th grade. She loves to be outside, especially near water... hiking/walking, paddle boarding, and gardening. She also enjoys creating art, reading books, cooking, playing pickleball, and writing. Nancy is very happy being a 3rd grade teacher at Tollgate!

Cady Diener
3rd Grade

Cady is so excited to be apart of the Tollgate Crew! Cady has previous experience as a Literacy Tutor for K-3rd grade, which is where her love for teaching and working with students bloomed. She is born and raised in Centennial, Colorado, and attended Cherry Creek Schools throughout her schooling career. Cady also attended the University of Colorado and has recently completed a Teacher Residency program through PEBC. Cady loves to go hiking, kayaking, and camping with her partner and her Cardigan Corgi, Maple.

Arlette Rasco
3rd Grade

Ms. Rasco has been at Tollgate for 2 years and has been in education for 26 years. She was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and KC Chiefs are her team! Ms. Rasco has lived in Colorado for 28 years now. She received her B.A. Degree in Elementary Education with an Emphasis in Cultural Linguistics and Diversity at the University of Northern Colorado in 2006. Later she completed her Master's degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University. Ms. Rasco has two grown children, who she enjoys sharing adventures with. She has two roommates, a Corgi named Chester and a Pomeranian named Jinxy.
