Lindsay Weaver
Speech & Language Pathologist

Lindsey is originally from Fort Collins, CO and received her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Northern Colorado. This is her first year as a speech therapist, but taught early childhood special education for 2 years before going back to school! Lindsey is enthusiastic about empowering children to find their most effective forms of communication. Outside of the therapy room, Lindsey enjoys listening to music, reading, and playing with her dog, Oakley! She is thrilled to join the Tollgate crew for the 2024-2025 school year.

Gabrielle Westman
Occupational Therapist

Ms. Gabby has been a school based OT for 2 years. She recently moved to Colorado, and has previously lived and worked in Michigan and California. Outside of school, Ms. Gabby loves to go hiking and camping, and enjoys playing volleyball and pickleball with friends!

Michelle Guy
SPED Mental Health

Michelle is a native Nebraskan who takes great pride in her Nebraska Cornhuskers. She loves college sports and spends time watching and/or attending anything Cornhusker related. When not football season, she can be found hiking, traveling or reading. She comes to Tollgate with 26 years of experience as a school psychologist and is excited to join the Crew.

Madison Peppa
Social Worker

Ms. Peppa is originally from a suburb of Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of the University of Kansas. The 2024-2025 school year will be Ms. Peppa’s ninth year as a school social worker. Ms. Peppa started her career working at an elementary school outside of Chicago before she moved to Colorado in 2020, where she worked for three years at an elementary school in Englewood. Outside of school, Ms. Peppa enjoys running, hiking, camping, and skiing. She also enjoys hanging at home with her two dogs, Birdie and Kona, and her cat, Leroy. Ms. Peppa is very excited to be a part of the Tollgate crew!
